In the heart of the Nou Moles district is one of the new landmarks of Valencian culture, the Alqueria Julià, the current home to the Federation of Music Societies of the Valencian Community, provided by CaixaBank.

The Alqueria Julià was declared a National Artistic Monument in 1978 and an Asset of Cultural Interest in 2007, which represents the highest degree of protection for a building in the city of Valencia. It is built on a plot of about 2,000 square meters, with a built-up surface area of 692 square meters laid out over two floors, and a tower of an additional 50 square meters.

The building may be regarded as one of the few preserved examples of a 17th-century Valencian farmstead. In addition to its historical interest, it still preserves aesthetic elements of great value that have been restored, such as paintings, frescoes, sgraffito, traditional Valencian tiling and flooring, as well as a large courtyard with a garden, full of tree species that recreate the original garden from 1932.
